Hello, On some repaints some levels or other conditions are mandatory .

How to remove?

It says in the text below for each aircraft. For the RV reach Level 9 and for the Icon complete all Flight Tips.

No you can`t remove them.

To reach Level 9 you have to earn experience ponts through jobs, missions and challenges or Aerocaches.

The Flight tips are in the Menu below the Map and it says what you have to do.

Actually the conditions should be removed automatically by the tool.  If that isn't happening then there must be a bug.

That means there's a bug on mine. I don't even care though.

Really?  I still have some default Stearman repaints locked, and have the Flight Tools installed.

 

How is it supposed to remove the limitations?  I took a look, and it appears that the conditions are still in the SPB of each repaint.

If it's suppose to unlock using the repaint tool, I'd choose one of the locked paints, make an exact copy under a new name and see if it's available when added back into the game.

Sorry maybe I was unclear, or misunderstood the question.

Conditions can't be removed from the default liveries.  If you make a repaint that is based off of a livery that has unlock conditions your new livery should not have the same unlock conditions.  If you make a new livery and it has unlock conditions then most likely there is a bug in the tools.
