Purchase the Extended Download Service for the 800/900 (for $4.95) via: http://www.precisionmanuals.com/ProductCart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=84&idcategory=10. Then submit a ticket to the support desk via: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx. June 2, 201313 yr Think the download link when you first purchase the ngx last only for a week, I think I could be wrong. Other than doing the above, purchasing a extended download again which last up to a year, or you can submit a ticket to pmdg explaining your situation, And you might be lucky as this seems to be happening every week now.
