My next scenery project

I am still working on further improvements for Madeira airport, but the mesh enhancements aren’t easy and kind of laborious. Thus, as a “loosening-up exercise” I started to work on a new scenery. Below some impressions. The one who can tell me where it is, will get it for free.

You may wonder why I took the Seamax for exploring the scenery. Well … there is a lot of water around, so it seems to be an obvious choice. True – but there are other seaplanes, too. But the actual reason is as following: last year I was on this island for a short vacation, and while waiting for the return flight, there was a small plane approaching the airport. The closer it came …

Ok guys, after some more days of work, here some more impressions of the landscape (still work in progress). The airport will be built later on.

Anyhow, I have a lot of ideas for (tiny) details – which aren’t necessarily really important for a FLIGHT simulator, but nevertheless nice as eye candy. Details will follow, so stay tuned :wink:.

Astounding!!!! So, when you say you're spending way to much time with this work, while you'de rather be flying, I agree, but egotistically at the same time I'm glad you spend that time producing this great scenery areas. LPMA, now the Greek island, all beautiful places to fly the MU :-)
