Fresh install...   Have you installed DX and all libraries?

1. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

2. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5582

And "ENU (vcredist_x86.exe)" from here:

3.http://archive.msdn.microsoft.com/KB961894/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=2067

If that not works, re-install NGX, or just "repair"

I would download and run AppCrashView - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app_crash_view.html and copy and paste the results of the latest crash here.  The faulting module was the PMDG_737NGX.dll.  Did you install all the SP's up to SP1c?

Best regards,

Jim
