The alarms/sounds are modeled in many payware aircrafts like the PMDG fleet,Level-D,Ifly. These are the ones where I know you can turn on such things.

 

Of course you will not get a flame going out the cargo area or screaming paxes. But to train yourself it's nice anyway.

 

PS: Not sure but also the Maddog MD82 and the Majestic Software Dash 8 Q300 should have this

I can confirm that for Leonardo Maddog. You have also "control panel", like in FFS, so you, or someone else(instructor)can control failures from other PC. This is maybe most advanced simulation ever created. It has even shared cockpit, so you can fly with someone like in real cockpit.

Majestic Q300 has this, but it's pretty outdated. The new one, Q400 is awesome allready, and the next - pro version will have shared cockpit and failures too
