Don't think it's goin to happen sadly, otherwise i'm sure we'd have seen more activity/other screens of they were at a stage to do this...I could be wrong, however

Yes! I'd like one too. Since when I go on 777's I stare at the wing for at least 10 hours - never gets old. Such a beauty! Shame Boeing runied the 787/748!!

To be honest, I think the nose of the E170s and 787 makes them look a little short-bus-ish.  As far as the shiny-ness goes, it's just that they haven't picked up their years of soot yet.

 

The wings are definitely a sign of the times - efficiency in wing design has made huge leaps over the years.

 

All of the changes have grown on me over the years.
