FSX freeware 767 with JustFlight Freemium 757.

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am a user of FSX and I was wondering whether anybody knows of a freeware 767 with the JustFlight freemium 757 virtual cockpit.

I would be very grateful if you could help me out here.

Yours faithfully

Anyone?

This is my first ''Topic'', and so far I've been given a bad impression.

I personally don't know of any. But you do need to be patient so that way we can get you help. In a lot of cases, people are at work, or simming at this point of the day, so please wait, usually someone will get back to you quickly.

Regards, Jeremy Chesney

Hi,

Thanks for the responses, although I am not that great doing this modifying stuff on FSX aircraft files, and I would much prefer a  complete download.

This is an automatic message.

This topic has been moved from "MSFS Aircraft and Panel Design Forum" to "MS FSX Forum". This move has been done for a number of possible reasons.

  • The most likely reason is that the post was off topic.
  • The topic could also have contained images or a video that were not appropriate to the original forum it was posted in.
  • The images might not have been "illustrative" or "explanatory" in nature.
  • The topic could have been moved because we deemed it to be more appropriately placed elsewhere.

I'd say that it's highly unlikely you'll find one, because the VC model of the JustFlight 757 - even though it is free - is protected by copyright laws, so any download featuring this model merged with another aircraft is technically illegal from how I understand this stuff.

The greater problem, however, is probably to find an FSX native 767 model, as most free 767s are for FS9, and hence merging it with an FSX cockpit is not that easy (if actually possible at all).

If you have UT2, you could use those models. They would not be the best to look at, but would work, since the developers converted all of the fs9 models to fsx.

What sort of impression to you think complaining less than 2 hours after your post gives about you?

Got your post on FSDeveloper about this, sorry I did not respond I seem to have forgotten my login to that site...

I have merged the Freemium757 VC with a SkySpirit 767, it requires a panel.cfg edit and if you want better realism you also have to modify the data for the FMC so that it reads the aircraft information correctly and will make the FMC's adjustments for the aircraft better.
