Does it matter though--here's this person's comment: Ouch if they're soldered and have those heat issues, that definitely means Intel has some serious work cut out for them if they want to successfully compete with AMD's APU design. They make a killer CPU, but the temps with solder is definitely not promising. June 24, 201312 yr Lol, misleading title indeed :-) I was almost coming in here telling you that my haswell definitely had tim on it and i didnt break my cpu by delidding! :lol: I dunno if i wanna pay 1000 dollars just so i don't have to delid. It's not that difficult with a vice if you have common sense and are a bit careful about what you do. 79c with 1.42Vcore with air cooling ^_^
