Hello

Lately I have been experiencing sudden and random page refreshes on the forums. When viewing the forums I can tolerate it but when posting, if the refresh occurs it wipes out my post completely and I have to re-start. Any ideas why this is happening?

There is nothing in our scripting that calls for page refreshing -- that would not sit well for people in your position who are typing a reply.

On the subject of Refreshes,

 

I have never experienced random refreshes while typing a post, but  in the past week or so,  I now experience after editing a post, and then re-submitting it for update,  that page no longer refreshes, to show the updated forum,  like it use to do. -- no matter how long I wait.

 

Firefox - latest up-to-date version 22.0

Here is what firebug caught on a refresh for me...happens every minute or two anywhere on the forum...

Actually, depending upon your location in the system, this was the TeamSpeak listing in the side bar that was refreshing itself AND the entire page along with it. I have now removed it and believe I have removed all instances of it. If you see it again, please tell us, BUT. be VERY SPECIFIC about where you see that effect.

Firefox v22 and Chrome Version 28.0.1500.72 m

 

Had to repost this after auto logout.

to the main, auto logged out.
