FSX Long haul with ATC

as said previous...get to altitude and when you are given instructions to change to a new freq...ack the change and forgot it....after a few hours when you pull up your ATC menu it will be a new center in the area that you are currently in and you pick up where you left off, where you would have been if you sat there for the last few hours changing freqs...and never miss a beat...fsx will never now the differtence.

I do it all the time...BBQ outside...go to the store...even go to bed and pick up in the morning with full ATC.
