August 27, 201312 yr I have no issue with it being closed. No worries. I just hate that someone thought that your store was spam.
August 27, 201312 yr Commercial Member No worries. I just hate that someone thought that your store was spam. Fair call. In fact, I have asked the mods to delete the topic, as just reading the topic title could cast unfounded, and invalid doubt (especially if the individual did not then read all the responses). But I can assure everyone we are 100% legit (been in operation for over 23 years now in fact). DeanManager - PC Aviator AustraliaRetailing Sim DVD Software, Downloads, Hardware and Accessories
August 27, 201312 yr The reason is until recently I didn't know the Australian store was returned active. It could have been anyone. It would help if your US store could link to the Australian store. I just bought something from the US store not even knowing the Australian store was resurrected. I was not questioning PC Aviator legitimacy (so don't panic!) as I have bought heaps from them. I was merely concerned that someone had created a false page. It does happen unfortunately. I wanted to know if it was them or not as the Australian store seems to have been done away with as I mentioned above.

Would have made it so more easy to follow, instead you left it to the reader to make his or her own assumptions. And yes, it does happen on the internet, but not in this case. In fact, the Aus store was never resurrected. It didn't need to be and doesnt need to be, because it never went away or died! Robert F who runs the USA office actually started the Australian store first back in 1990 when he began PC Aviator. He then opened the USA office about 13-14 years ago and runs that one now. I simply take care of the Oz office now to help the local Aussie customers out (although like any store we do also sell to anyone in the world as well). However, it is one and the same company with the same owner and director (Robert). Hope that clears things up. I have been a long term customer and even was getting your magazines for a few years. But that clears it up. Thanks. Hope it brings some advertising for you. :-) good advertising..... I always get targeted for my questions on here by the kiddies, but funnily enough I avoid a lot of issues the ones get that have a go at me for. :-) I suppose hindsight is great for them....... real.. August 27, 201312 yr Well, you sure are windswept and interesting, I grant you that. When an 18-year-old "kid" ("kid" is a term used here according to Daniel's POV) becomes a PMDG beta-tester, Daniel opens a thread on flightsimmers lacking basic airmanship skills. Yep, really interesting ... and so is this topic here. Mods, don't just lock this thread - pls. delete it! What happened to AVSIM
August 28, 201312 yr Well, you sure are windswept and interesting, I grant you that. Credit to you Badfinger. Thanks for the compliment. Signed Daniel
