I hate PMDG's activation procedure as much as the next person.

 

...but that having been said, i have formatted my computer twice, each time i let PMDG know before hand and they gave me an extra activation.  The support is very good to excellent, don't worry, they'll sort you out.

 

Really only Bryan at FS2Crew is more responsive, in my experience.

Excuse me kind sir, Mr. Bradley. You see I purchased a product from PMDG today with hard earned money. My free time is very valuable and limited. I would like to enjoy the product for which PMDG received my money.  I would like to not spend all day inputing invalid codes and crashing my FSX to desktop.  I would kindly request, in the future if PMDG can not render services paid for that they do not allow money transfers to take place. This would be called good customer service.  Now kind sir, how do you intend to help me? Signed Graciously T. A. Dean. 

You have a perfectly functioning PMDG Base 737NGX that is working, your fellow AVSIM users have been trying to help and explain why there might be an issue with your ticket.  6 of your total 9 post's here at AVSIM include yelling (all caps) and outright sarcasm directed at the very people that are trying to help you.  Please read the AVSIM TOS and PMDG's forum rules.

 

Keep this up and I am sure that Tom will not have an issue showing you the door, I personally will not help you ever.  One suggestion please follow what other's have said and calm down.

What is up with you fools... if you went to a restaurant that wasn't serving you food but taking $100 I think you would be ######. 

Insulting people isn't going to make the problem get resolved faster, and quite frankly, most of these people aren't even part of PMDG as far as I'm aware, so it's unlikely they would be able to actually solve your problem. At most, all they can do is tell you what's going on as far as their server issues and tell you to try to contact support or what have you.

Today I received my boxed version of the 737 NGX from PC Aviator and could not get it activated. I went to Aerosoft's forum and asked for help and some was offered but nothing worked. One delightful gentleman called SNAVE gave me the link to PMDG's support and I entered a ticket for help. So, that led me to the forum here.

 

It wasn't until I came here that I have heard anything about the servers being down. I can understand the frustration of Argoss1, I felt the same earlier. But, now knowing that the servers are the problem, in a way I feel relieved. I kept thinking it was something I did or didn't do. 

 

Argoss1 all I can say is relax, fly something else for a day or so and please be patient.
