July 19, 201411 yr Scanning the Aircraft cfg file would actually be pretty useless. There is not enough data in there to correctly determine the dispatch accurately for any given flight. You have to take into account that each developer has pre determined a rounded figure for assumed passenger weight etc. There is a wealth of performance data for most of the popular add ons.
