Complete failure of AP

Hi: Have you found any solution for this issue? It also happens to me on the T7 and the ngx as well.

Yes. Try replacing your BIOS's clock battery. The incorrect clock is messing with PMDG's activation software, causing the airplane to behave strangely.

Hi,

I have installed PMDG 737NGX, 744 and T7 on a new PC with a bad CMOS battery and I have experienced these symptoms discussed above on all my PMDG aircraft. It did not activate properly due incorrect date/time and subsequently some of the modules deactivates at random times. I have had the AP, PRESS and COMMS fail - all very frustrating. Yes, my CMOS batt was a dud. I didn't notice initially but when I did the installs the date/time was completely wrong. Subsequently on restarting my PC I would notice that the date/time resets. Not good! Replace the battery and do a fresh re-install

I have opened a ticket with PMDG Support when I experienced this on my PMDG 744 X and was advised that the software has not activated correctly, please re-install!

Hope this helps. Believe I know how frustrating this is - lost 4 flights already due to this!
