In the Avsim library in the category FSX - Repaints, Textures, etc. search for Lee Marrow. That should bring up about 30 pages of repaints which are excellent.. I think he used to work for McPhat.

Elsewhere I was told this was a special livery for Princess Maxima, and the aircraft was christened such in her honor in 2003.
