I've had it happen a couple of times, mainly when I change the view, I get a windows beep played for a few minutes. Any ideas? I know my system is bottom of the barrel, I assume it could be my system struggling?

My guess it's FSUICP's VAS warning. Meaning that you are nearing the point where your FSX will terminate with an out of memory error.

I agree with what they said. Even with just the free version of FSUIPC you will get that message.
