October 23, 201312 yr To me it looks more like impact damage to the gear doors, which would suggest a burst tyre with fragments hitting the plane, also given the missing tyre. What makes you think hydraulic failure? John-Alan Pascoe
October 23, 201312 yr Author the open gear doors. In another shot I saw the nose gear bay doors were open but could be unrelated. It appears the tyres burst on takeoff, the aeroplane dumped fuel and returned to land, where the tyres were effectively shredded. Possible locked brakes? Will Reynolds Flight Sim Addict
October 23, 201312 yr looks to me like a burst tyre has caused the other tyre to go and the shrapnel rubber has done the damage
