October 26, 201312 yr Dear Moderator or FS colleague,I need some help if possible. Last week I have purchase the navigation software for FSX, FSTramp. Until this part everything it is okay. I download the file from AVsim, and install following the instructions on the manual. The system detects automatically the folder of my FSX, and installs something. My simulator is the FSX with Acceleration and lots of other Add-ons installed. Operating system Vista Ultimate and 8Gb of RAM. Unfortunately I cannot start with FSTramp. The F12 key doesn’t work. The software it is not working, for some wrong operation or configuration. I don’t know. I have also uninstalled and reinstall again the FSTramp, and nothing. Can I have some help? Many thanks in advance. Jose
January 1, 201412 yr Hi, Be sure you are using only windowed mode, the it will not work in full screen mode. Mike
January 1, 201412 yr I am having trouble with it as well after I had to reinstall it. It now refuses to load up and crashes FSX. I emailed the the guy who made it and he suggested to delete all references to it in the fsx.cfg file and to reinstall. That did not help. A subsquent email to him has gone unanswered. It's a pretty good programme, but after shelling out nearly $50 I would have expected better support. Because of this, I cannot recommend it.
January 22, 201412 yr FSTramp is working at least for me flawlessly in FSX and even in fullscreen in P3D2. In the beginning of Steves DX10 fixer it crshed the sim somtimes but now it is rockstable. But in P3D2 it has a bug with a nice consequence i discovered today by accident. Greetz MJ My youtube blog________________________Prepar3D v2.5/v3
March 19, 201412 yr It's crashing FSX for me also. I'm running DX10 with fixer. Is there a problem with that? Barry D
