Is there any possibility that prepar3D would work with windows 8?

P3d is running on my W8.1 machine without any problem.

Mine runs fine on 8.1 but I have a odd font with the menus I haven't figured out yet.

P3D v2 will likely fully support windows 8.1, as DX11 updates are now Win 8.1 only.

The only real problem on Windows 8/8.1 is Windowed mode is nearly impossible to run without an instant crash and playing around (even with FSUIPC) the menus too much can also cause it to crash.. If you just leave it alone and fly it's good though.

Another problem is the joystick bug that has its own thread in the Win 8 forum. I'm hopeful that P3D v2 will solve that one too.

Out of curiosity.. Anyone with a 600 or 700 series Nvidia card get Shadowplay to work with Prepar3D on Windows 8.1?  It simply won't work with Prepar3D for me.. Every other game I own Shadowplay works beautifully.
