Hello everybody,

 

i recently reinstalled my two FSX machines (Desktop and Laptop ) without deactivating the 777 via the FMS on the old installations ( just learned here i had to do this...)

How can i reset my licence so that i can activate my 777 in my new Installation ?

Opend a ticket in the OC but did not get an answer yet.

OK sorry . But we see multiple posts everyday because of this issue. It happened to me on my first post and lots of people vented their fury at me! lol

The forum doesn't generate a dozen or so posts between 8:28am and 8:45am by itself does it?

Maybe the issue  is that the op used his phone  to send  the post which caused  the 15 or  so posts?

The activations have been reset by the support (with no notification ^_^ )
