December 8, 200421 yr Hi Folks:This screen shot was attached to the recently released UPS iFDG MD-11 repaint by Vincent v/d (what does v/d stand for?) Hof. I've never personally seen a cloud pattern like this one (see photo) and I fly airliners IFR at high altitudes almost exclusively. Any ideas whos textures these are?http://www.2decker.com/media/solent1-2.JPAlex ChristoffN562ZBaltimore, MDhttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/100001.jpg PowerSpec G426 PC running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS, Intel Core i7 11700K @ 3.60GHz 30 °C, 4089MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 , ASUS TUF Z590-Plus Gaming motherboard, Samsung 870 EVO 2TB SSD, Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD, Acer Predator X34 34" curved monitor (external view), RealSim Gear G-1000 avionics suite, RealSim Gear GNS 450, Slavix Stay Level Custom Metal Panel, Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Redbird Alloy THI, Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.

December 9, 200421 yr Author I saw a weird frontal "cloud" the other night, while flying the lear. I saw this "cloud" strip running across my 11-12 o clock, and thought, hummm, that looks weird.. After looking out the side view, I noticed not one, but two closely clustered jets had just flown across my 12 o clock, from left to right, at maybe less than a mile, and had left a mighty contrail...I never got an ATC warning...They seemed to be slightly lower than me...Good thing I guess...:/ Being in the lear, and going west, if I remember right, I was probably at FL 430.
