My download url for the 7/8/9 Ngx versions is expired---do I need to re-purchase these all over again?

 

I have an ngx extended download product with 303 days left on it but there is no url on the produck page.

Submit a ticket to PMDG customer support. They will reply telling what you have to do.

Thanks for the response---I found the original downloads after a few hours of searching---so all is well except that my new instillation of fsx has failed for one reason or another about ten times

The extended download product works such as you have to submit a support ticket, in which you will recieve a download link.

 

Not an ideal solution, but that's the way it is for the time being.

I am happy to hear that you found your original installation files. I recommend that you but them on a removable HD, flash drive, or CDROM/DVD so that you dont run into an intense where you have to pay for the extended download feature after your link expires.

Thanks for all the kind support here--already saved my downloads to a couple of safe places---also for got that I BOUGHT A cd COPY OF THE NGX a year ago---too much computer Sim stuff in my house and in my Brain!!!
