November 6, 201312 yr I had discovered a glitch that is only seen in the downtown Seattle area in FSX. It's been there for a while, since last year, and I first thought it was a bad ORBX PNW install. But when I disable PNW, I still see it in the default scenery. I recently built a new system and ran a fresh reinstall of the OS and FSX, and I was hoping the issue would disappear, but alas, it's still there. Addons are Orbx global 1.10, and UTX USA, and FS Global 2010. Has anyone seen anything like this? To confirm, only Seattle has this anomaly. A.J. Domingo
November 6, 201312 yr Moderator Looks like a UT USA problem. Did you try re-running the UT USA setup tool, not the installer, just the setup program? Doing so sometimes fixes the error you're seeing. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
November 6, 201312 yr Author Sorry to say that didn't work. I even tried disabling UTX from within the UTX setup tool. This is a head scratcher for me. What a shame, because I recently rebuilt FSX from scratch, and one of the things I wanted to do was see if the glitch would manifest itself after a fresh install. I forgot, dang old age! A.J. Domingo
November 6, 201312 yr When you open UTX US If you Press CTR + r I think it is UTX checks for double scenery entries and errors, and could solve your problem. If it is not CTR + R try W. I don't use utx now and cann't quite remember.
November 6, 201312 yr Have you be any chance merged FlyTampa Seattle and Flightzone Portland with FSX using the unofficial patches? It had a similar issue caused by those two patched addons.

I disabled Flightzone KPDX and the ghost roads are gone. Great tip Montie, thanks! Edited November 7, 201312 yr by NGXfanatic A.J. Domingo
