I have their Bonanza F33 and Centurion. They just use a normal setup program - no verification or serial number.This is probably why they were reluctant to send a new download link. Not an excuse because it's easy enough to verify the identity of the customer.Oh well. Just burn the files on CD or DVD and you should be OK.I'll skip this deal - already have the Centurion and I'm not interested n the Mentor.

Hi Troy yes as JimmiG says just a normal setup file nothing complicated.Was surprised and disappointed by their attitude. As usual will vote with my credit card and not be purchasing anything from Carenado again.Adam

How hard is it to copy the aircraft to a CD or another location on your HD? I've bought nearly everything they've offered and never had a problem.Of course like ALL other downloaded software I purchase, I make copies FIRST,use the product later. A bit of planning goes a long way...David
