Mega AFCAD packs?

Featured Replies

Hi all.

Are there any big AFCAD packs that are recommended? I'm running all the stock airports and obviously a few places are lacking. I'm mostly interested in UK/Europe, and it only needs to be the more popular destinations.

The answer in mostly no, if you just want to update some runways and parking look here. if you want complete updated airport with buildings etc, than you will have to search freeware is few and far between, Aerosoft and Orbx do quiet a few, but you will have to pay.

Updated runways and parking is all I need, scenery isn't needed so thanks for that link!  ^_^

I remember some are around, did you check the library ?

Do a search for Dakota Smith. He did some mega packs. But they are small regionals in the United States, so possibly not interesting for you.

These aren't mega packs, but do a search here at Avsim using the city name or ICAO, and Ray Smith. Ray's freeware AFCADS are amazing and he has almost all major cities worldwide covered.
