I used to think that too until I bought the Alabeo Piper Tomahawk. It was so good that I have since added the Alabeo Cessna 188 Agtruck, Staggerwing, Waco and Pitts, all of which are excellent. So I think Carenado have some very stiff competition here!

But I agree - the Phenom looks great!

Lol! ...... I couldn't tell if this was tongue in cheek, but yes, Alabeo and Carenado are one in the same;  The Alabeo releases are lighter (still), and with less documentation, but at very fair prices.   I love their Waco, but their PA38 sends me to sleep.

This Phenom certainly does look good, but I too own the feelThere one, and sadly, I suspect it will remain the more systems deep version, when the Carenado is released.   Eg.. the feelThere version has a perfectly working FL CH mode on the GFC700 autopilot, whereas Carenado's version of the same FL CH mode on their SR22 used the default FSX autothrottle to control speed :O .............. 'nuff said.

Dang I wish this was a -300...

You get about a mile a min faster cruise speeds at altitude!  They both seem to pack G1000's too.

-100 = VLJ (technically not because it's above 10k gross).... but it's a small slow jet hehe

-300 = real biz jet hehe

Carenado seem to be focusing on "premium" releases these days, while Alabeo take care of the old Carenado market (GA singles). Unfortunately, Carenado isn't "premium" enough to justify the almost $40 price tags IMO. The 3D modelling is fantastic, but the systems lack depth and the documentation is often incomplete.

I agree Carenado prices their addons a bit too high. I think they should sell 30-35 USD.

However the market dictates they can sell at 40... And obviously there's buyers otherwise they wouldn't price so high.

They do have an impressive list of native addons (and XP ports).
