November 23, 201312 yr Author Just as an FYI. I contacted Boris and it appears, for whatever reason, that my ISP has either his site, or his host blocked. I can go to his website fine through a proxy server. My ISP is Suddenlink so if anyone else is using suddenlink they also may have issues trying to connect with his site.
