AFAIK, the answer is "NO".  A person who posts here on the forum said in another thread that LM will charge all v 1.x users to migrate to v 2.x, regardless of which license the user holds.  This person is purportedly a LM employee.

I would be willing to pay for this upgrade, however, I am truely hoping that they have addressed all the need to "tweak" fsx to get it to perform smoothly. 

 

I find that with v1.4 that I have pretty much all the same issues as with FSX so I just quite using it.
