November 21, 201312 yr Anyone knows why this error happend ? I flew TONIS Waypoint at 16:12 Z and the others ETA's are wrong; MHN at 15:41 Z, ISTER at 15:43 Z and destination LOWW at 05:49 Z This error appears in all flights, I have re-installed the plane several times, and always with the same error. Jose L. Sánchez P.D. Sorry for my English
November 22, 201312 yr I think I've seen that before. Might have had something to do with either changing the sim time, or acceleration, not sure. --Peter Fabian
November 22, 201312 yr Commercial Member This error appears in all flights, I have re-installed the plane several times, and always with the same error. This would confirm that the issue is with your sim, or with your system, or your settings. I'm guessing your clock is in local time, while your ETAs are in Zulu time. Honestly, most reinstalls are completely worthless endeavours and are best avoided. In some cases, they just open up a bunch more issues than they're attempting to solve. Kyle Rodgers
November 22, 201312 yr I would not go into another re-install either as i also think this is more likely a FSX issue/bug rather than an issue with the NGX clock (and it also happes with other add-ons!) I have recently encountered the same issue and i will get myself "FS Real Time" soon now because as far as i read, this useful tool will fix almost all troubles regarding "time" in FSX: http://www.3dsoftworks.net/products/fsrealtime/ But i also want to ask: Did You use the "FSX-time-acceleration" function? Because it quite often happens happens that FSX does not synchronize time again properly after going back from "acceleration" into "normal" time. Cheers, Christoph Enjoy flying and happy landings.
November 23, 201312 yr The ETA error is seen when an out of range cruise temperature is entered in the fmc. Check and see if you accidentialy have entered cruise OAT as ISA DEV or the other way arround. If that is the error an fsx restart is required. Lasse // Lasse Kronborg

November 25, 201312 yr A year ago I lost half my hair pulling it out because of that problem. I too got help from this forum then. This is truly a great community. // Lasse Kronborg
