ORBX FTX Global...

If I ever decide to install it, after having DX10 fixer working beautifully as it is right now, will I have to take care with some settings in particular?

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

The basic part of Global should have no effect on your sliders. It is just a simple texture replacement, and is a 1 for 1 swap with the default textures. It is the lights that might have some effect. I am not sure since I am still using DX9, and have never used 10. Hopefully someone with a little more experience with DX10 can comment.

Not really sure what it is doing but here is what I saw with FTX Global & DX10 Fixer.

Disabled in Fixer

Effects 470

Unconverted lights 21

Converted effects 0

Restored effects 277

Enabled in Fixer

Effects 470

Unconverted lights 277

converted effects 277

restored effects 0

If I uncheck Vector Road Lights in FTX, there is a very noticeable effect in the sim as you would expect.

I do not have Michael Swannick’s lights installed or any other light fix.
