Yes, had that experience on the first day.  Tried to purchase a Developer's version but got 1.4.  I will say that LM was quick on responding and issuing a refund.  Still have not found the v2 link for a developer's version so I am waiting for things to settle down.  The initial store may say version 2 but make when it takes you to a linkto click on it too say version two or a v2 otherwise you will be d/l a version 1.4.

I'm pretty sure it confirmed a v2 at the time of the cc details, but once the purchase was confirmed, I only saw the v1.4 links below.

 

Anyway, I have requested either a refund or a link to version 2

They wont accept the same credit card within a short time frame happened me on release day too. Lucky i had two credit cards they refunded my 1.4 purchase within 48hrs

Still have not found the v2 link for a developer's version so I am waiting for things to settle down. 

I waited until yesterday afternoon (about 4pm CST) and bought the v2 dev version. Got the link and license info in an email about 30 seconds later. It may have come sooner than that, but I was checking out a text message from my bank that a purchase was over my $100 limit I'd set for safety...

 

I started the installer and let it run. It hadn't quite finished when I went to bed, so finished up the install this morning while I drank my morning cup of coffee...

 

I also grabbed the v2 SDK at the same time, but I haven't installed it yet.
