January 15, 201412 yr Hi Folks, I am very tempted to try DX10 and have read the getting started guide, however I have one question please. If I just went ahead and purchased Steve latest fix do I need to install all the other patches and the 3.22 fixer? or can I just tick my DX preview in fsx backup the files re dx9 config etc and then apply the purchased fixer From there is just a case of setting everything including any AA Just want to know if this is an easier quicker way. Also does DX10 solve the stuttering when taxing at airport's when turning...a real pain! Many Thanks Mark
January 16, 201412 yr If you log into your account at the Flight Sim Store and navigate to your downloads, you can re-download the DX10 Fixer and obtain version 1.4. Be sure to read Steve's Nov 5 2013 blog on updating before you leap in. Follow his instructions and it should go without a hitch. I believe 1.4 has been up since the 13th. My thanks to Steve for a great product. Jim S. Jim S. Dell XPS 720, Intel Q6600 Core2Quad 2.4 Ghz 3 Gb usable DDR2 800 Mhz GeForce 8800GT 512 Mb
