Just wondering if anyone has created any atc addons... I've seen the one Pro Flight Emulator and Radar Contact. But these are quite old addons. Just wondering if there have been new ones created....

Check voxATC. If You like to communicate verbally and want to fly SIDS and STARs You should like it.

 

I couldnt convince myself to go any other way than default ATC although I know how many flaws it has.

 

Still from what I've read vox ATC is a recommended one.

Last I checked, they hadn't updated that addon in quite a while.... no?

True. You just didn't mention it on Your list and it seems to be most immersive ATC. Anyway I think for now new, ultimate ATC doesn't exist which is a shame :(

The last VOXATC update was v6.20 (May 17. 2013), so I would say that development of this program is still alive. I can tell you that support from the developer certainly is. I had issues regarding the demo which turned out to be a FSX problem, which the dev sorted out for me and I have now purchased this program and am really enjoying it.

I might be biased, but.... VATSIM is fantastic when local ATC is online! It's free as well!
