January 13, 201412 yr How do you file a complaint ticket? How do I get help with reactivating my 737NGX? Lost my online activation code. Never used a forum before. Can't find any way to post. Yes, I'm an old fart who doesn't know anything but I still would like to get my NGX planes working again. Thanks Del William Hayner

January 14, 201412 yr Author Thank you Scandinavian13 for your reply with the correct site to go to. I went there and filed a support ticket as you suggested. My home airport is KPGD in sunny Florida. Nice to be here this time of year. May I ask if you use FSTramp and if you find it usefull? Thanks again to everyone who stepped up and came to my help. January 14, 201412 yr Commercial Member Thank you Scandinavian13 for your reply with the correct site to go to.I went there and filed a support ticket as you suggested. Welcome! Hope they can resolve it quickly. My home airport is KPGD in sunny Florida. Nice to be here this time of year. No joke. It's been rather cold up here recently, though it's "warm" right now in the 50s. May I ask if you use FSTramp and if you find it usefull? I don't use it, personally, but I also have a slew of tools available to me that most simmers wouldn't (I can justify the costs of an iPad, ForeFlight, and all those other cool tools because I use them when flying in the real world as well). Looking at the software, the price seems a little steep, but it looks like a relatively nice tool in place of your more traditional (when speaking to the real world, anyway) tablet-based/electronic flight bag (or EFB).
