Converting FSX paints to the XPlane version is relatively simple. The tools you'll need are dxt.bmp and paint.net. Download the FSX paint, and compare it to an XPlane paint. You'll see that there's some combining and flipping to do, but its relatively straightforward. Give it a shot (it's a good skill to have so you can convert whatever you want), but if you can't figure out I might be able to upload a converted version with the permission of the author. I did this with his Midwest Connect paint a while back.
