February 8, 201412 yr So I've been flying around recently with this golden add-on, and after every landing, something strange happens- the number 2 engine shuts down by itself. I can't find a solution- the FO is disabled, there is ample fuel, I didn't press any hardware buttons.. Has anyone ever encountered/solved this issue, and if so, how? Thanks in advance. Thanks, Kevin L
February 13, 201412 yr Author Apologies for bringing this back up again, but am I the only one to have experienced this issue? Thanks, Kevin L
February 13, 201412 yr Wish I could help you because I have flown this girl for years and never seen this issue. Do you have failures enabled? Al Stiff
February 16, 201412 yr Author Hi Al, sorry for the late reply but I haven't been paying attention to this topic for a few days. I don't have failures enabled. Strangely enough this problem always happens about a minute after landing regardless of what I'm doing. Also, the engine appears to be determined to stay off, because if I fire it up again, it'll just fail once more. Thanks, Kevin L

February 16, 201412 yr Ok so what is your procedure in that minute after landing..... everything ? I am speculating you may have a keyboard shortcut you use that is duplicated with e2 shutdown. Wht position is the fuel lever in ? Peter Schluter
February 16, 201412 yr I agree there must be a shortcut issue going on. I have over 950 hours in Level D 767 without a similar problem Rob Marton
