I have done a re-install of FSX.  I reinstalled the NGX base pac.  but, now I don't see any orders for my 600-700 in my account.   It has always been there in the past. I have tried to submit a ticket, but that link is down, I guess.

The download link most likely has expired although the details  still should be  there

I have a copy of the download zip file.    It is the details that are missing from my account, which I need to activate.

what details?

He'll need the activation code. He should either have saved PMDG's e-mail or backed up the code manually.

Click on your  account  details    go to previous orders you have made  and the activation code you need is at the bottom right  where it says activation key  you don't need to check your email or  made back up   the code at all

Well this is the problem, there is no previous order shown for the 600-700 order that

I bought about a year ago.  It was there a few months back when I did a reinstall.   But, the good news is the ticket link started to work, so, I  have submitted a trouble ticket. I'll see if I can find my PayPal recept now.

Glad you got it sorted  out now. hopefully all the details are now in your  account in previous orders. Don't forget to back up your downloads exes to an external or cd
