I have just purchased an extended down load for the PMDG 747-400. . How do access the download. I have tried, but for the life of me i can't see how to do it. I cannot find the down load page.

You need to create a ticket, they will send the link.

Hi 

This is driving me mad.  HOW DO I GENERATE A DOWNLOAD TICKET.

Go to support.precisionmanuals.com, register, if you are not already, create a ticket, select appropriate options, write them that you need a download link and they will send one.

The support page does need more clarity, so if PMDG could put a note on the main page that says something to the effect of: "To open a ticket, you must log in first."  or "Log in/Register in the upper right corner to open a ticket." 

And  whats the difficulty in this, you either log in or  register

I must say the procedure did confuse me. The PMDG e mail said go to the portal and raise re download ticket.. However, it didn't say how and for a first time visitor I was at a bit of a loss. The simple words " log in first" would have solved the problem.
