March 16, 201412 yr I've completed my follow-up on Colorado and finished the rest of the four corners states (Arizona, Utah and New Mexico). My photoreal project now stretches from the Salton Sea in California east to Texas, and north to the northeast corner of Colorado. Major cities included in the scenery include Las Vegas, Phoenix, Albuquerque, El Paso, Salt Lake City, Denver and Colorado Springs. There are some areas where the coloration doesn't quite match up--common considering the sources available. But overall I am pleased with how it turned out. It will take another day or two before I can package the files and get them into Avsim's Library. Once uploaded, I will begin Wyoming, Idaho and complete Oregon, then try to get California covered. It will take a while since I am temporarily relocating to Virginia for an IT project so there will be a lull in my scenery development. Enjoy the screenshots! John

March 16, 201412 yr Thanks for the comments.... As for source, I've tried a combination and have used whatever works best... I am extending my four corners scenery to cover more of eastern Nevada so I can include beautiful great basin national park. I hope to complete that sometime today. Then I might skip the states for a while and focus on Northern Switzerland and Southern Germany.... It's a beautiful area and certainly worth rendering, that way I can please folks on both sides of the pond... That project will take less time to complete since it covers a smaller area. John
