Hi Hook- Actually I said I don't fly if I'm getting less than 40, not 60 like you stated. To me, "acceptable" = happy. And as I also said, that's the beauty about us all having differing tastes.

i don't fly if i'm getting less than 40fps. I need the fluidity,smoothness, sense of speed when i fly or drive. When Im racing N2K3 with 43 hi res cars on a hi res track, or flying LOMAC with all hi res textures and getting a smooth 60+fps, im an extremely happy camper. I am amazed that some people are happy with 10 fps. That just isnt acceptable for me, but that's the beauty of "to each his own".

One can only dream...

Check to make sure if any rotary dials on your joystick are centered. If it happens to all aircraft it may be joystick related.

seems to be back to normal for the moment for me now- less than 2 seconds to load all pages.

Same here- Ontario Canada and it takes about 30-60 seconds to open any/every page. The last few days was only taking about 10 seconds to load a page. Somethin's up.

I think you need to look at some of your own replies to people asking questions before you sarcastically comment on a thread. I, like most others, probably saw the humour in gwillmot's reply. If you have nothing good to add, don't say anything. Have a nice day.

I'd like to have my beloved province of Ontario in full, framerate-friendly, photo glory, with eye-dropping autogen and every single ga airport, and the piece de resistance, a knockout, dropdead gorgeous CYOW. I'd pay very good money if this wishlist ever came true.
