FlightSim: MSFS2020 | JF BAe 146 Pro - PMDG 737-800 - Fenix A320

System Specs: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII FORMULA - Intel Core i7 6700K OC  4,3 Ghz - ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1080 Ti OC-Edition 11GB GDDR5X - 16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4-2666 - Corsair Hydro Series H110i - Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD - Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit - CH Flight Sim Yoke - CH Pro Pedals

That's FSX with DX9 light bloom turned on.  You can't get that in FS9.  Closest thing available is ENB (free).  The only problem is, setting your ENB bloom to look close to the picture will make your instruments in the VC harder to read.  It will also introduce some blurry effects.

Just google "download enb" or do a search on flight sim forums.  Keep in mind that you have to manually tweak the settings which opens up on notepad and there's some learning curve involved.

Best thing is to do a search and try other people's settings first.

Go with ENB, it's one of my best addons. It really transformed my FS world at no FPS impact. But it depends on your settings of course.

SweetFX is another great bit of add-on software too for adding or modifying lighting effects to suit you taste. It's big in FSX but works great in FS9 too :)

Available here on Avsim, over on Flightsim or on it's own website. Freeware and fun to tweak-n-peak on your own. Do I have any links or screenshots? Of course not LOL!

I also like SweetFX.  I prefer it over ENB.

I'm not sure if the OP will find what he's looking for in SweetFX, although worth trying.

I think  he's looking for that "soft lighting" look, like the pic he posted.  That effect takes a bigger fps hit in SweetFX while only 1 or 2 frames using ENB.

SweetFX is easier to use also, so that's a bonus for someone just starting out with these enhancers.

Any other programs?

I tried ENB and SweetFX, but I don't know what the values make. With the Standard values it kils my Frames!              Does anybody have an introduction? (in german!)

I also heard about the ENB.ini from Nick.

Does anyboy have the file! Or where I can get it? On most of the sites the download link is dead.
