I've lost all water animation, I don't know what I've done to loose it, but lost it is!

Does anyone have any suggestions or answers please?

Try your tessellation setting at max

Mesh should be at 1 for best results with water.

 

Water quality should be maxed....... in settings..

Combine the suggestions from the two previous posts and you will see acceptable water animations.
