April 22, 201412 yr In track IR itself what are the best settings? In prepar 3D? Vsync on or off? FPS unlimited or not? I have found when set at unlimited I get more fps but track IR is more sttutery or sticky. 33FPS limiter has lower fps but smoother track IR
April 22, 201412 yr Try setting TrackIR to have high affinity in your task manager settings. That might help quicken the response time. Set higher smoothness of movement in the TrackIR profile. Shuai Li
April 22, 201412 yr Author Im running as administrator and it wont let me change to high affinity. How do I do it?
April 22, 201412 yr Sorry, I meant to say high priority not affinity. So go task manager -> Details tab -> right click on trackir5.exe and set priority to high Shuai Li

April 22, 201412 yr Yepp, it usually helps to set the priority in the task manager to "high". There is, however, a way to set this as the default priority so that you don't have to do it every time you start up TrackIR. But I have forgotten how it was done ... Sorry! Maybe someone could step in here...
