Just wanted to mention a couple of things which aren't part of crew simulation per se, but would help you with other add-ons management.

The Voxscript engine is now capable of starting external programs.

You could create a new voice command such as "start my add-ons", then supply the path to each external add-on program, and they will be fired in the sequence and pace you want.

Similarly, if you often happen to forget to close some add-ons like RC4 when leaving FSX, it is possible to automatically shut them down on exit.

Got to simulator folder and open "fsInsider.ini"

Add this section to the file

[sHUTDOWN]

AddonTitle1=write_title_shown_on_application_you_want_to_shutdown

AddonTitle1=write_title_shown_on_next_application_you_want_to_shutdown

etc...

etc...

Example

[sHUTDOWN]

AddonTitle1=Radar Contact Version 4

AddonTitle2=PRO-ATC/X

AddonTitle3=AivlaSoft EFB System – DataProvider

AddonTitle4=AivlaSoft EFB System – DisplayUnit

AddonTitle5=EFASS Server

AddonTitle6=EFASS Server – Electronic Flight Assistant

AddonTitle7=Plan-G3 (v 3.1.0.82)

AddonTitle8=FlightSim Commander 9.4

AddonTitle9=FSBUILD 2.3.7.6.2

AddonTitle10=Google Earth

There could be the odd add-on that doesn't reply to request for shutdown as expected (maybe a confirmation dialogue in the shutdown process), but it should work for most.

Thanks Gerald, will definitely give this a go!
