haha - yeah.  I spent quite a while writing things over and over, or searching the forum to find my previous answer to copy and paste.  Posting a link to a video is so much easier...and people like visual things.

Thats called evolution. Finally you are seeing the benefits of video training. And i meen it in a positiv way as i am a user of it.

 

Much more fun than boring reading words not that it still is needed though but not as important and effective anymore. People learn different ways. The modern leadership. Interesting how next generation learningproces will look like
