April 28, 201412 yr Hi, Does anyone know if there are key commands for iFly's 737NG aircraft to bring up the following 2D panels (as overlays) while in V/C mode. Checked all the books but didn't see anything about assigning these key commands to buttons. 1. Overhead 2. Aft-Overhead 3. Pedestal 4. CDU 5. Throttle Quad if not included with the pedestal Thanks Former Beta Tester - (for a few companies) - As well as provide Regional Voice Set Recordings Two: AMD-9950X | One: AMD-7950X3D | Three: Asus TUF 4090s | Three: 64GB DDR5 RAM 6000mhz | Three: Cosair 1300 P/S | Three: 990Pro 2TB NVME One: Eugenius ECS2512 - 2.5 GHz Switch | Three: Ice Giant Elite CPU Coolers | Three: 75" 4K UHDTVs | One: Boeing 737NG Flight Deck
April 29, 201412 yr Hi Mike, Sure the standard shift plus number keys will pull up the 2d panel overlays which can also be resized. All of those you list can be displayed. Extremely easy to assign Shift+# key command using FSUIPC or LINDA. The I-Fly is very hardware friendly You can mouse macro just about everything from the 2d panels. RE Thomason Jr.
April 29, 201412 yr Author Hi, I see the key assignments for a ton of buttons, rocker switches and what not... But I do not see any entries for whole 2D panels themselves. What I need to know is what key commands are already programmed into iFly's 2D panels so I can setup my hardware. ------------ Examples ------------ 1. Overhead: ctrl+shft+O 2. Aft-Overhead: ctrl+shft+A 3. Pedestal: ctrl+shft+P 4. CDU: ctrl+shft+C 5. Throttle Quad if not included with the pedestal If they are not setup, can they be setup and if so, How?. I have found no info anywhere about this. April 29, 201412 yr Mike, Sorry not sure really understand the significance of having a separate key command for those the default wont work for your setup? Maybe I I'm still not understanding what it is your trying to accomplish? You asked, Does anyone know if there are key commands for iFly's 737NG aircraft to bring up the following 2D panels (as overlays) while in V/C mode. Pressing the following key commands will do just that... "Shift+5" Forward pedestal with throttle "Shift+6" = Overhead "Shift+7" =Aft-Overhead "Shift+8"= rear pedestal from APU Fire panel back "Shift+9" =CDU If your looking for some other custom command to open these panels I don't know if there are any. I believe the 30day return policy is still in place even if flight one isn't on-board with P3d at the moment so you could always test it. I found it to be a very hardware friendly add-on but they also made/make a cockpit builders edition which might be of interest and provide even more flexibility for your needs. Good Luck! April 29, 201412 yr Author Hi Blaze, Thanks for the info, that's what I'm looking for. Where did you find the info?. Did you find it in one of iFly's manuals or elsewhere?. If it's in the manuals, I wonder how I missed it. Thanks again Former Beta Tester - (for a few companies) - As well as provide Regional Voice Set Recordings Two: AMD-9950X | One: AMD-7950X3D | Three: Asus TUF 4090s | Three: 64GB DDR5 RAM 6000mhz | Three: Cosair 1300 P/S | Three: 990Pro 2TB NVME One: Eugenius ECS2512 - 2.5 GHz Switch | Three: Ice Giant Elite CPU Coolers | Three: 75" 4K UHDTVs | One: Boeing 737NG Flight Deck
April 29, 201412 yr No Sweat! I didn't find it in the manual I have the aircraft and use a lot of hardware myself. I usually bring up the 2d panels in order to "Mousetrap" commands using FSUIPC. Most of the aircraft I use I fly solely from the VC using EzDoc to change viewpoints but if they have a 2d panel you can usually access them via the shift+# commands. RE Thomason Jr.
April 29, 201412 yr I use the VC + Ezdok ... works really well in FSX and P3D (all versions). Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
