Sorta Scary

Nice vid, altho technically that's not a "tornado" per se, but a dust-devil caused by the fire's updraft. I lived in Yuma for nearly 30 years, so I know dustdevils! We did get some wicked awesome thunderstorms too. I actually got to see a group of 5 tornadoes out of a severe thunderstorm one day out where I worked (middle of a huge area of flat, open, which is redundant, desert). I was yelling on the intercom for everyone to get under cover. They did, and the tornadoes went by to the north, but still got everyone's attention!

There were nights I got to stand under an overhang and watch the lightning and rain. Loved it! Definately a rare treat in the desert...

Great flights and clear skies to all!

More importantly, who can create these cloud/weather systems in our flight sims? :)

I thought we would have been there by now.....FSX was released in 2006 so here we stay.....sigh  :(

Even P3D is improvements but this being 2014 I was hopeful for a sim that was light years ahead of where we are. Computers are now the way of cheap and profitable apps now so something changed. Well I guess I will go play some Flappy Bird then.
