On the official PMDG site it is said that the best resolution for the 737NGX  is 1900X1080+ .

What will be the effect, if any, of a 1900X1200 resolution ?   (blur, distorsion...)

2560x1600, and everything looks great.

Yep, same for me, 2560x1600 on my 30" HP monitor. That's the native res of the monitor and as with any flat display the native res will always be the most crisp as no scaling is being done in the display.
