I'm new to FS2Crew and just have a quick question, that is whats the difference between Pilot Flying and Pilot Not Flying ?

The pilot flying (PF) handles the controls (yoke, sidestick, autopilot, throttles), the other pilot does the ATC and monitors the PF's actions.

 

You, of course, are the PF, and your FS2Crew "companion" is the PNF.

The pilot not flying will also flip switches and perform actions (that are in his area of responsibility) based on his flows.

Just to add,in the real world the captain decides who the PF and PNF are. Just incase you were wondering.
