There's no such thing as a free lunch, but the night lighting does provide much less impact than the UTX night-lighting. Anyone who used UTX back in the day and had to turn off half the night lighting to maintain decent FPS should remember. Like I said before the night lights are very nice, but Orbx advertises there is no impact on frame rates.
